Shipping and Delivery

Beetle Cherry offers the following shipping options:

You can choose to add the express delivery surcharge to your cart during the checkout process

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your purchase and delivery details. I then aim to send out your order as soon as possible! All items in stock are dispatched within 3-5 working days of the order confirmation. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive another email.

UK Shipping

Standard shipping: Royal Mail 1st Class is FREE!

Express shipping: Royal Mail Special Delivery
£5.70 (trackable and delivered next working day after dispatch – recommended if you are ordering a few items together or need your items quickly!)

Please note that if Royal Mail returns a package to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery. We cannot offer a refund, and there will be an extra charge to cover the postage costs. Please make sure you check the delivery address at the check out!! If you select either Recorded or Special delivery, someone will need to be available to sign for your package.

Beetle Cherry cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged whilst with Royal Mail, both within the UK and overseas.

International Shipping

Royal Mail Airmail: £3.50

Royal Mail International Signed for: £7 (package is signed for on delivery)

All orders sent internationally will use Royal Mail’s Airmail service as standard, or you can opt for the Signed For option for secure delivery. Any costs relating to customs are the responsiblity of the customer. Beetle Cherry cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged whilst with Royal Mail, both within the UK and overseas.
