I hope very much that you are happy with your Beetle Cherry purchase, but if not then please get in touch. If you need to exchange or receive a refund (minus shipping costs) on an item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Please do not send anything back without contacting me first, otherwise your return may not be processed!
In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was sent, including all tags and packaging. I cannot refund any items which have been worn or damaged by you. I am unable to refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
Please also note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and any costs you incur to send the item back to me will need to be covered by you. I recommend using a service such as Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery to make sure the item makes its way back to me, as Beetle Cherry cannot be held responsible for anything until received. Please make sure you pay enough postage as we cannot accept packages with insufficient postage paid.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned items.
